As Co‑founder and Artistic Director of Reel Youth, Erica Køhn leads programs that empower young people to share their stories through film and animation. A passionate educator and creative producer, she has guided the creation of thousands of youth‑made films and founded the Reel Youth Film Festival, which premiered annually at the Vancouver International Film Festival. Erica oversees the organization’s artistic direction, curriculum development, and creative strategy, while mentoring facilitators and managing multimedia projects. Grounded in the belief that storytelling can heal and ignite change, she continues to champion youth voices and community‑driven creativity around the world.
